Welcome to SocialShare (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, web application, and related services available at https://socialshare.cv/ (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. Description of Service
SocialShare provides content creators, marketers, and businesses with a social media management application that enables scheduling, drafting, and multi-channel publishing to supported third-party platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, via their official Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
2. User Accounts and Security

- Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
3. Third-Party Platform Terms & Integrations
Our Service interacts directly with third-party social networks via official OAuth authentication. By connecting your social accounts to SocialShare, you explicitly agree to comply with the respective policies of those third parties:
A. YouTube & Google Services
- SocialShare uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube publishing or integration features within our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the [suspicious link removed] and the Google Privacy Policy.
- You may revoke SocialShare’s access to your Google/YouTube account at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
B. Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- SocialShare accesses Meta APIs to publish content to your authorized Facebook pages and Instagram accounts. By using these features, you agree to abide by the Meta Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use.
4. Content Ownership and User Conduct
- Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership of all media, videos, photos, text, captions, and descriptions (“User Content”) that you upload or distribute using SocialShare.
- License to SocialShare: You grant SocialShare a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to host, buffer, transmit, and upload your User Content to your designated third-party channels strictly as directed by you.

- Content that infringes on any third party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights.
- Hateful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, sexually explicit, or unlawful material.
- Spam, automated bulk scams, or deceptive promotional campaigns.
- Any material containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
- Any content that violates third-party developer policies (Google API Terms, Meta Platform Terms).
5. API Limits and Platform Dependencies
- SocialShare relies on APIs provided by Google, Meta, and other networks. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, API rate limits, downtime, or policy changes initiated by these external platforms.
- We do not guarantee that your content will be accepted or published if the connected platform rejects the post due to their own platform guidelines, copyright flags, or media format restrictions.
6. Termination and Account Suspension
- By You: You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your connected social channels and requesting account deletion.
- By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SocialShare immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms, breach third-party platform rules, or engage in abusive behavior that compromises system infrastructure.
